The Terrace bar is tiered in 3 levels and located on the 3rd floor of the resort. The first level of the bar is climate controlled; both lower tiers are open air with the most stunning views, encouraging guests to sit beneath the Ixtapa night sky full of the brightest stars. Accompanied by daily live music, our guests enjoy a variety of traditional drinks, including their first "Capella Basil Margarita" - a very refreshing new type of Margarita. We serve Botanas and Tapas - a variety of small plates of aqua chiles, Mexican crab cakes or sushi - to ensure that you do not have to leave the great ambience of the Terrace Bar.
The iron gated entrance to the Tequila room calls attention to the area where we feature over 65 certified, 100 % agave Tequilas . There you may find books and stories about the making of tequila or if you prefer, we can give you a guided tasting of different types of tequila from the most famous Tequila houses in Mexico. The tasting finishes with you preparing a real traditional Margarita or our creation, the Basil Margarita.
