Open only for dinner, the restaurant is the place to enjoy Mexican cuisine at its best. Inspired by the clean and tasty cuisine of the various regions of Mexico, this gourmet restaurant turns fine dining in Ixtapa into culinary Art. Old World Mexico dishes are redefined and refreshed with new flavors. The menu changes on a regular basis to include the freshest ingredients of the season. The A Mares wine menu presents a great variety of wines from all over the World to be paired with the Chef's creations.
